As a Web Developer Cum SEO executive, this position will be responsible for building and maintaining Website for all three companies of ours along with promoting brand online doing doing SEO & SMO. Initially this will be a standalone position however gradually the team will be increased to five in number within a span of Six to Seven months hence the growth opportunity is present. This role to begin with is a Management Trainee role for the first three months. Within this period you will be entitled for a Stipend of INR SEVEN THOUSAND per month along with Quaterly Incentives and bonus. Post the completion of said period you will be elevated to Sr. Executive Level with a base Salary of INR SIXTEEN THOUSAND per month along with Quaterly Incentives and Bonus. All of these conditions will be well explained in the Offer Letter and Appointment Letter. However the purpose of writing it here is to ensure that none of us waste our time if you are not comfortable with these conditions as these are Non Negotiable.
