Should have prior experience in General Accounting process.2. Thorough knowledge of Balance sheet items/ Income statement line items.3. Knowledge of Accrual preparation/validation.Closing cycle knowledge in sequential order (for -candidates from BPO Industry).4. Knowledge on Amortization of pre payments.5. Knowledge of Foreign exchange transactions (should be able to explain spot/average rates & Multi currency transactions).6. Reconciliation of Balance sheet items (Fixed assets, current assets, current liabilities etc).7. Expert hands on experience in Excel (Data validation, looks ups & pivot table) is a must.8. Working knowledge of MS access desirable.Account Payable:1. Process invoice in workflow / ERP as per customer policies and guidelines2. Validate key fields from scanned documents3. Run uploads from electronic invoice4. Understand customer's policies and adapt5. Resolve the exceptions while invoice scanning and process correct invoice6.Setting up the Vendor and modifying the vendor when required.7. Perform audits in accordance with customer's policies and procedures8. Accounts freight processing9. Set up Freight Vendors10. Adding notes to late invoices while sending to vendorAccounts Receivable:1. Identify and rectify unidentified cash, well verse with end to end process of cash application2. Understanding the request of service charge write off, discount write off, ACH wire transfer, UTA, NSF and then process into the system.3. Attending helpdesk queries from Vendors and Branches. Checking and auditing of thee invoices and CTR adjustment4. Understand and execute end to end process of order management.5.
