  As an Configurations Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end configuration of Replicons product suite for new customer accounts. You will work closely with Replicons Customer Success Team by getting the complete business requirements from them, and configure the software to meet the customers business needs. The ideal candidates have a strong background in configuring business software applications, can handle multiple configurations at one time, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.   Replicons implementation services team is enthusiastic and result-oriented. The team consists of people with a positive attitude, who believe in getting things done.   Responsibilities:   Understanding the Business Requirements documents and project plans created and approved by the client and the Customer Success Team and configure Replicons solution to meet the customer needs. Work with the Professional Services team to incorporate, test and deploy integration and/or customization requirements from the client. Manage multiple configurations of small, medium and large size customers within the time allotted for each project Manage all configuration communications externally and internally Maintain a current and thorough understanding of Replicons product functionality   Qualifications:    Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry  3+ years of implementations/configurations experience with any business software, HR/Payroll applications, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc. Strong written and verbal business communication skills  Working knowledge of web-based / Cloud-based (SaaS) applications would be considered an asset Customer management experience would be considered an asset   --
