  Required Qualifications: B.Com (Graduate of Commerce) with MBA Finance will be an advantage  8+ years of experience in payroll processing for India and APAC countries. Extensive knowledge of income tax rules of India and moderate knowledge on APAC and US region. Proficiency in MS Excel.  Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel.  Understands and applies procedures, regulations, and policies related to areas of specialized expertise. Utilizes technology-based tools and processes. Continuous learning and development. Customer service orientation. Results oriented and self-driven.   Additional Preferred Qualifications:  Experience in working on third party payroll application and experience in integration of data with use of simple rules / macros. The Person: The person should have proven track record of handling a multi country payroll processes and should be a self-driven professional.  Qualifications include: Good Communication skills Good analytical and proven on the job judgmental skills Effective planning and adherence to the strict timelines   --
