Mail us your updated CV at softpathc.hr@gmail.com Profile                        :           Credit Analyst Job Location             :           Connaught Place, New Delhi Key Accountabilities: ·         Assist senior team members to originate and execute debt syndications, PE and M & A transactions. ·         Prepare customer proposals, Pitches and term sheets ·         Conduct detailed financial / credit analysis on prospective clients and liaise with clients, banks / fund houses / financial institutions and lawyers for DD and execution ·         Develop robust financial models capable of analyzing deal and provide credit / valuation metrics with flexibility to run sensitivities. ·         Prepare credit review and other internal approval memos / presentations ·         Preparing offering circulars and information memoranda ·         Preparing term sheets ·         Manage deal disbursement in coordination with concerned units of bank ·         Maintain deal intelligence and industry research updates to facilitate deal origination, pricing / comparable and industry intelligence Minimum Experience & Knowledge: ·         Analytical and Financial Skills ·         Financial Modeling Skills ·         Research and IT Skills ·         Advance excel and Power Point Note: This is an urgent requirement.
