The Council is embedding career into education and has developed authentic, appropriate and effective career education tools and learning management system to cultivate a culture of "career by choice, not by chance." Career Education Officer: This is a full-time opportunity, you can work from any Margdarshak Centre located throughout the country. Your remuneration will be fixed 20,000/- + team incentives after training & certification as Career Management Professional. Career Education Advisor: This is a self-employment opportunity, you can work on full/part-time basis and you'll be paid by the Council, even if you provide FREE guidance to students. Your expected task based income could be approx. Rs. 10,000/- to 50,000/- per month, depending on your efforts and skills. Eligibility & Prerequisite: Graduate/Master's degree in any relevant field + Training & certification as a Career Management Professional (which will be provided by us). There is no age or experience barrier. You require a laptop with internet connection. Work Description: You have to interact with students, parents, schools and higher learning institutions, conduct FREE online CAP-contest and distribute on-spot prizes, coupons, scholarships, certificates (which are offered by the Council), plan student's career using the tools and technology provided by the organisation. CMP Training: You'll be provided face-to-face or online training of 15 modules, which can be completed in 15 days to 15 weeks. Training is free of cost and you have to pay only the exam fee, if you want certification. For details peruse the prospectus. Future Prospects: Certified Career Management Professional (CMP) will get a chance to be promoted as Career Education Manager and will be paid fixed remuneration of Rs 50,000/- per month + incentives, depending on team resourcefulness.
