Research on short payments, overpayments, payment missing remittances ensuring proper coding of deductions. 3. Knowledge of deductions / SAP would be an added advantage. 4. Manage multiple mailboxes and process tie-off and handle other miscellaneous requests like supporting 3rd party audit by proving backup upon request.5. Daily reconciliation of cash received vs applied6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, the ability to read and interpret, speaks effectively and informatively OTC Deductions Job Responsibility: 1. Review all applicable deductions in their respective portfolio; for all major customers and brands.2. Analyze cause of deduction and determine if deduction is legitimate or should be contested and presented again for collection.3. Identify trends which would relate to the deduction and determines/identifies solutions to deduction causes.4. Recommend plan of action to minimize/eliminate re occurrence of deduction to appropriate team members.5.Create documentation (Like adjustment form) to write-off as needed.6.
