Hiring Requirement

    A week in the life of A developer and Support & Maintenance Engineer: You will be responsible for the accurate analysis of support requests coming from GGS Delivery or GGS Operation teams, with compliancy with SLA (Service Level Agreement). - You will be responsible for the implementation, testing and delivery of quick-fixes if required by the Customer, to resolve a production issue in coordination with development team. - You will contribute to knowledge sharing through webinar or documentation, in order to improve Support L1/L2 autonomy. - You will contribute innovative ideas for technical improvements and business opportunities (traffic boosting)   To succeed in this job, you must have following skills :   Mandatory Skills:   - strong knowledge of J2EE, understanding of WebLogic and JBoss, good understanding of Apache http web server   - J2SE, JMX, Spring   - familiarity with Oracle/MySQL,   - Linux OS   - Excellent trouble-shooting skills   - Excellent communication skills and high EQ   Secondary Skills   - Having proven development experience in the Telecom Industry. - Validation bend of mind   - Shell Script, Perl, SNMP, XML, experience with Linux or Solaris patents, experience patent filing.   - Experience with agile methodology would be a plus.   --
