   What youll do: Design and author help systems, user guides, and videos about Ivanti software, using tools like Madcap Flare and Camtasia.  Interview subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and clarity. Coordinate with Support, Sales, and Training to provide a timely user experience that actually helps. Validate and standardize existing content and find ways to improve it. Collaborate with a stellar localization team to produce content for worldwide audiences.   What type of writer will thrive here?  Solid communicator: Writes clearly and concisely in a non-robot manner. At least three years of directly related experience Strong written and oral communication skills, with a command of English grammar and punctuation Familiarity with Madcap Flare or other XML editors Proficiency with computer hardware, operating systems, and networking Ability to work with minimal supervision and to prioritize and execute work on a schedule   Bonus stuff: Good design sense and/or experience with CSS Experience with SEO or using analytics to guide decisions Experience with Camtasia or video creation  Experience with facilitating localization and working with localized content       --
