DescriptionOverall minimum of 12 years of professional IT Global Service delivery Team management Vendor Management experience with at least 6 years of TechnoLeadership experienceJob Profile is Techno Leadership Techno Commercial 50 role with Handson tasks 50 Roles and ResponsibilitiesRole DefinitionThis role requires a Lead IT Infrastructure Architect who will lead the IT Infrastructure operations for company He She will be SPOC for the management of entire IT Systems infrastructure Networks Data centers VPNs VDIs IT procurement etcfor India and serve as the primary contact for all day to day IT operations for India and Projects as wellThis role also will also work with Global IT teams Inhouse and External on Global projects Rollouts Implementations and OperationsThough this role will be based in Mumbai he she will be part of the Global IT organization supporting IT operations for worldwide sitesResponsibilities1 General Setup manage India IT infrastructure product platforms to ensure optimal performance Accountable for the success of the India IT organization with right structure top talent tools and within the given budget Manage the operations portfolio and identify opportunities to reduce infrastructure footprint standardize on tools and reduce costs of operations Maintain status of all technology systems and applications and report on success metric such as utilization reliability stability and performance Work closely with the other leaders of the Business and with product stakeholders Manage relationships with third party vendors for any services products utilized consumed with the goal of optimizing usage driving SLAs and highest levels of service Responsible for management of the vendor HW SW Services NW etc for organizational IT support and business applications Ability to drive forward within ones own responsibilities but to be able to position that within the overall goals and a collaborative approach with global peers Strong communication skill with the ability to clearly articulate technology and infrastructure issues in business terms and a solid judgment on what information is needed by whom Strong technology skills around fundamental infrastructure management Linux and windows administration desktoplaptop support networking etcMaintain upgrade existing equipment perform hardware and software upgrades as requiredInteract and negotiate with vendors outsourcers and contractors to secure network products and services Experience in RFQ RFP solutioning required
